Most of you have probably already seen this, but I love www.freerice.com because it's quick and easy and interesting. I had my son use is as a part of his PSAT prep. I found it interesting to see how quickly I could get to 1,000 grains of rice. I usually use the vocab version, but if you click on "subjects" at the top, you can select other areas to review. (I should be using the Spanish for practice since I'm taking the "Spanish for Staff" class.)
I like that you don't need to sign up for an account - you can just play. I also like that it is a site dedicated to helping raise support for the world's poor. I have the icon on my toolbar so that if I'm stuck on the phone, I can just go to the site and play for a bit. This would be a good "filler" for extra class time. (I'm sensing deja vu - sorry if I've already shared this with everyone.)
