The very first day of school . . . and we had no connection to the network. No emails in or out. No attendance. No internet. No access to network folders (very sad for teachers who had a powerpoint to show their kids). And no air conditioning - that got rank.
It was frustrating, but what can you do? The tech people got it resolved after a few hours. I worked on some sorting, organizing, and tossing that I'd been meaning to do in the back room. (And got even more sweaty and nasty!) I think I'm pretty flexible, but it was interesting how often I'd want to work on something and that "something" was tied to my computer.
Thank heavens for our wonderful tech people who quickly got us up and running again!

I guess I shouldn't mention that I did have computer use upstairs. I would have been lost yesterday without it. It is amazing how much we rely on our computers.
